home - benefits to clients - low financial risk

Establishing a successful office in the proper European country without proven sales is a risky and expensive proposition. Realistic 1 year estimates to establish a direct selling presence in Europe are approximately $1 million. The average European cost of sales for foreign companies is normally 25-30%; Terra aims to keep it at 10%.

Clients new to Europe prefer to use Terra as their European business development arm not only to give them flexibility as they explore the market possibilities, but also to prove the success before they invest more significantly.

We structure our fee so our clients do not have significant up-front financial risk. It has two components:

  • Monthly fee: This is targeted to be less than the monthly cost for our client to hire one full time employee. This fee covers all Terra's personnel expenses plus any costs we incur to execute the project.
  • Commission: This is based on the revenue from European partners that we secure for our clients.
